Your credit card information will be stored for the purpose of processing payment at the completion of your appointment, or in the event that a late cancellation fee is applied, in accordance with our Cancellations Policy.

With your consent, we may also offer or request that these recorded card details be used to process any additional payments/invoices relevant to the business of our clinic, such as the prescriptions, products or services that you have requested for purchase.

Your card will only ever be charged with your prior knowledge and verbal or written consent.
