Bookings Policy

All bookings for Naturopathic consultations can be completed online through our bookings portal. If you have any trouble booking yourself in online, please call us on 0490 393 246 or email us at to arrange your appointment.


Due to the nature of our online Telehealth clinic, prepayment is required for all appointments. Billing information will be collected by our third-party payment service at the time of booking.

New clients must return their Initial Intake Form at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Failure to do so within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in booking reschedule. Cancellation fees may apply (see below).

Your Initial Intake Form is provided when you fill out your bookings form, via our bookings portal. If you cannot find or access this file for any reason, or struggle to upload it, please call our clinic for assistance, or email your completed and signed form through to in PDF form, no later than 24 hours prior to your first appointment.

Please check in to the appointment virtual waiting room 5 - 10 minutes early to check your internet connection, video settings and speaker/microphone set up. Arriving early ensures our session runs as seamlessly as possible. If you experience any technical difficulties, please email us as soon as possible.

Cancellations Policy


Ema Davis Naturopathy is committed to providing the best possible service in a timely manner. We always aim to accommodate your needs.

Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another client from receiving our services. This cancellation policy ensures that respect is shown for the time commitments of all parties, explains the process of requesting a cancellation, and states all applicable fees. This policy promotes fairness for both our business and our valued clients.



We understand that situations may arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice. This allows our business time to fill the vacant appointment slot.

If for any reason you are unable to contact our clinic via phone, it is expected that you will send an email to, providing a written record and time stamp of your cancellation request.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If no prior notice is given within these time constraints, you will be charged a cancellation fee (see below) for the missed appointment.



Please be aware that a cancellation fee will apply for any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.


  • A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any appointment cancelled between 12 and 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

  • A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any appointment cancelled with less than 12 hours notice prior to the schedules start time.


These fees may only be revoked with evidence of exceptional circumstances, as determined by our clinic on a case-by-case basis. For further information please call our clinic or send an email to

Please note that rescheduling your appointment within 24 hours of the original appointment time will be regarded as a late cancellation.


As a client of our clinic, your card details will be kept on file such that any cancellation fees may be deducted in the event of a late cancellation.

In the event that this fee fails to be process on your card, you will be notified by phone and/or email, and you will be required to update your card details and pay your cancellations fee within 72 hours of the missed appointment time. No further appointments will be accepted until you have honoured our cancellations policy and paid the required fee.

Your practitioner works very hard to prepare in advance for each and every consultation. We kindly request that you remain courteous by providing at least 24hrs notice if you need to reschedule or otherwise cancel your booking with us.


Appointments for late arrivals can only be extended to the remaining time of the scheduled appointment duration. You will be charged in full for your appointment at the completion of the remaining allocated time.

If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule, which will likely incur a cancellations fee. It is essential that your practitioner sees you for as much of the allocated appointment duration as possible, in order to preserve informed health care practices.

A minimum of 40 minutes contact time for initial consultations, and a minimum of 15 minutes contact time for return consultations is required for the formulation of, or updates to, your treatment plan and prescription(s).



If you do not show up for your appointment, and provide no notice of cancellation, you will be charged 100% of the cost associated with your appointment booking.

Unfortunately, we will not be accepting new bookings from clients who have missed three appointments in a row.


In signing your initial intake form, you hereby agree to honour our Cancellations Policy and consent to providing us your payment details, which will be held on file at our clinic for the duration of your time as a current client.
